Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms govern the use of Nestodeiwusu Enterprise services, including trade inquiries, quotations, import/export coordination, and general merchandising support.

2. Trade Compliance

Clients agree to provide accurate documentation, lawful product information, and destination requirements. We reserve the right to decline requests that breach customs regulations or applicable trade laws.

3. Quotations & Engagement

Quotes are provided based on available information and are subject to change if shipment specifications, compliance requirements, or market conditions change. Formal engagement begins upon written confirmation.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide complete and accurate order, shipment, and compliance details.
• Respond promptly to document requests and verification checks.
• Ensure all goods comply with Ghanaian and destination regulations.

5. Service Limitations

While we coordinate logistics and documentation, final clearance depends on customs authorities and regulatory agencies. We are not liable for delays outside our control.

6. Payments

Payment terms will be specified in engagement documents or invoices. Late payments may impact delivery schedules or incur additional fees.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content and materials are owned by Nestodeiwusu Enterprise and may not be reused without written permission.

8. Privacy

Personal data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including the Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 and GDPR where applicable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Ghanaian legal procedures.
